I made this for my dad's birthday (he's a pilot). Molded the plane out of gumpaste, chocolate cake with BC swirly clouds. Yes, those are clouds, not the ocean. The plane is supposed to be coming up out of the clouds... not sinking into the ocean which is what some party attendees actually asked. I probably could have done better on the clouds... any criticisms welcome.
