Sparklers Wedding Cake

Sparklers Wedding Cake on Cake Central

This is a dummy cake for our studio. Used the Lindy Smith seperator and made some jewelery to resemble litlle sparklers exploding out of the cake. Could be done in red, white, and blue for fourth of july. Inspiration for this came from the Wedding Cakes a Design Source. TFL

thanks so much, bittersweet, I just dowel under the seperator and then I adhere the seperator to a round core board and I either cover the core board trim with ribbon or with a bead border. Then I just put a little royal icing on the top of the seperator and place my cake, which is on a cake board on top of the seperator. I am sure there is an easier way, but I don't know it:)

Beautiful and very festive. Love the color of the ribbon (fondant?) around the bottom of each tier. Wonderful design!
