Brent's Cake

Heres my 1st fondant cake and my 4th all together. Its a hat cake for my cousin in law's birthday. Huge Dale Sr. fan. I'm very happy with how it came out, even with all of my mistakes, I'm very satisfied.

Terrific work! I almost want to pick it up and put it on. You got all the details really nicely - especially the stitching.

Your 1st fondant? It's great, well done. I love the peak of the cap, shaped just right. You should be satisfied with it, it's terrific!

That is so cool. My husband is a big Dale Earnhart fan and collects all kinds of hats . He would love something like that for his birthday.. It looks so real. You did a great job. I have not tried to work with fondant yet.
