this was my christmas cake for this year. i made 4 of these for various family members and obviously one for myself! lovely rich fruit cake with royal icing and marzipan! think i ate about a stones worth of 'excess' marzipan lol. iced little snow flakes all around the outside of the cake. all the little figures are fondant.
