Margie's incredible chocolate cake covered in peppermint buttercream (indydebi's recipe made with peppermint extract - thanks for the recipe, indydebi!), smoothed with the Melvira method and decorated with heart shaped Junior Mints. It is by far the prettiest and best tasting cake I've made to date, regardless of the flecks of cake crumbs in the buttercream. The cake truly is incredible as is the buttercream! TFL.
