New York Cheesecakes

Three 8 pound New York cheesecakes. One is Turtle, with chocolate ganache, pecans and homemade caramel, drizzled with chocolate. One is topped with dark chocolate ganache and cherries, and is wrapped in white chocolate cigarellos and ribbon. The last is wrapped in a chocolate snowflake transfer and topped with ganache and Godiva chocolate buttercream swirls. Fork, anyone?

Those look like absolute HEAVEN!!! What time should I be there for dessert? Gorgeous! Any chance on pm-ing me the recipes?? My tried and true is my Mom's Choc. Marble-NY style, but I'd love to try something new!!

Thanks Sugarbird, but they're for a party order. :D There's also a 4th cheesecake, another turtle, for the DH to take to work. I am sorry, that's the one recipe of mine that I don't share. It's taken me over 20 years to get it just so. :)

Yes, I'll take 1 fork and all 3 cheesecake, please!!! I love ney york chessecake and these lookm delish!!!!
