Jozien on 12 Mar 2008 , 9:46am Hi Jessi, the figures are made of gum paste, the clothing of a mixture of marzipan and rolled fondant, just as the covering of the cakes. Except for the one below, that is covered in chocolate leather. The roses are also made of that. Bye, Jozien.
