Umbrella Bridal Cake
This is white cake, raspberry filling and iced in BC. The writing is horrible, but otherwise it turned out okay (I think). Normally, this cake has a decorated handle made from PC pipe and bow at the top. This picture was taken before the handle and bow were attached.
As a comment to myself, the cake was done last minute, so it was warm and I couldn't smooth the icing as I would have liked. Also, the writing is not very neat.
