Everyone loved this cake! The cake is all buttercream, except for the accents, those are fondant. The hood was made with a fondant/gumpaste mix. I draped it over a mixing bowl (heavily powdered with powered sugar) and let it dry for about a week, before trying to move it. The only thing I would do differently next time (after about 15 minutes it fell) is not make the hood so wide. The edges of the hood touched the edge of the cake and slid down the sides :( But it was still cute!! All comments welcome! Also, thank you to dinkadoo and patty7276 for the inspiration!!
