this was for the 78th anniversary celebration of misamis oriental (Philippines) as a separate province last jan7 @7am.it's a 24in x 48in chocolate cake covered in boiled icing. i don't like using the icing myself but they specified they wanted an inexpensive cake & icing. on top of it is a 3D dummy/replica of the provincial capitol building, made out of pastillage. pic on top is the provincial capitol bldg. bottom pic is the actual cake...thanks for looking
