Grandma's 81St Birthday Cake
This was the cake I made for my Grandma's 81st Birthday. I'm still learning how to do the frosting and hopefully some day I will be good and it will be smooth. It's WASC with Raspberry Filling. Any input would be great. I am trying to get better but I don't get much practice unfortunately and now I am on bedrest with this pregnancy so I don't get to make my husbands 24th birthday cake :( Any suggestions on how I can accomplish that one, let me know ;) Thanks for looking!

I think its perfectly smooth! I love your concept, what did you make your tree branches out of fondant?
Thanks! I made it out of fondant and then just took a pair of scissors and cut where the tiny branches are. I made it in one day and didn't give the branches time to dry that way you can mold it onto the cake in different patterns.
