TOO CUTE! How did you make the poporn? Did you color the paper holders?

Thanks! I cut marshmallows and dabbed them with yellow food color. I don't have an airbrush, so next time I think I'm going to try the Wilton color spray. I colored the holders with a red Sharpie.

Love it. What is the base made out of?

Wilton candy & nut cups colored with a red Sharpie. Then I placed the baked cupcakes (still in their original liner) inside. Topped with frosting and added the marshmallows :D
