I made this for a friend of mine who loves Captain Jack. I got the idea from another cc decorator (hers definately turned out way better!). She loved the cake although I was not happy with the face (I always have trouble with faces). The head is a wig head covered in fondant and the hair is black licorace (best invention ever).
