Horse Cake
I did this cake for a friend at work. Her daughter loves horses and keeps hinting for one. It was a basic white cake with white icing. Horse was made from fondant. Took me 2 hours and 5 tries to get it right.

your horse looks fabulous!! I think using fondant gave it a nice clean look. wondereful cake! :D
