I got a last minute call last night about making this cake. The mom wasn't happy with the cake she bought from the bakery so she found me and asked. She let me know what the party theme was and I made the cake to match the decorations. It's a 9x13 chocolate fudge cake with hazelnut creamer (WOW....good chocolate cake). it's iced in BC with mmf lasso, cowboy picture, and chap fringe. I added the fringe on the bottom to make it look more like a cowboy.
