This is a chocolate cake covered in milk chocolate/dark chocolate ganache. The outside are french vanilla and chocolate fudge pirouttes. Also has a little chocolate whipping cream on top.

Looks delicious (especially that granache). I really need to try one of these types of cakes - yours looks so terrific.
