Well.. this cake turned out a bit messy since i prepared it in a hurry. But believe me it tasted much better than it looked! Inside is a no bake mascarpone dark and white chocolate mousse cake with cognac flavoring and it is wrapped with a thin wall of dark chocolate with white chocolate dots. The decorations are not edible. The shapeless thing you see in front of it is made of white chocolate and was supposed to be champagne foam, but it broke before serving :( Happy New Year everyone!!
