Wilton Course 2 Cake

I was so late that I had no time to cover my cake board with foil wrap. I know I have alot more to learn.So please share any comments. Thanks.

First of all, I think you did well on your flowers. You could maybe smooth your top for a little smoother look . For first time cakes it pretty good.

Thanks tincanbaby.I agree with the smoothing out it was not crusting for me that day was humid outdoors to get to class.
