I only used half the batter for this cake, so that's why it's not taller than 1 layer. I planned to use the other half of the batter for a Christmas tree cake but it didn't turn out. My girls really liked the idea of the Snowman and were fighting over who would get to eat his nose. :) I'll probably make another one since it was super easy, but this time use all the batter and make it a two-layer cake.
