Red velvet cake made for my family Christmas party. I got the idea from someone one here. The first time I had ever tried embroidery and actually like it alot. I was bummed after I wrote Merry Christmas though because it looked a bit sloppy. Writing on cakes is another thing to add to my list of things to improve on. Thanks for looking!

That is very festive!!! Yes, writing can be difficult. Maybe you could get a Kopykake sometime, that is THE ticket for writing!
Yah, writing takes LOTS of practice. Try susing lined paper (like kids use) and put the letter design right in front of you to copy. Nice job oon the holly - over all on the whole cake.
