Snowflake Petit Fours on Cake Central

Snowflakes piped on freehand with tip #1 in buttercream. Glaze is basically an all butter buttercream (no shortening) thinned with water and melted on the stove over low heat.

Thank you for your comments! The glaze held up wonderfully at room temp. It hardened very quickly--in about 15 minutes. I only added about 1/4 cup water at most to 1 recipe of buttercream (which uses 2 sticks of butter, 1tsp flavoring, 1/4 c whipping cream, and about 5 cups powdered sugar).
