snow storm at the north pole

this is a coconut cake with coconut snow, Filled and frosted with whipped cream cheese frosting, Very delicious frosting but very hard to design with if refrigerated it's too hard to work with yet left at room temp its to soft to work with. Best suited for just spreading.
