Happy Birthday To Me!
A birthday cake I made for myself, trying to recreate Bronwen Webber's "mojito" cake. 8" white cake brushed with lime and mint infused simple syrup, with lime curd filling. Flowers are fondant cutouts, all the rest is buttercream. I got the idea from a Wilton wedding cake book. Thanks for looking!
Oh this is such a nice, simple design that would please any female:) So tell us, how was it? I'm not a fan of lime and the thought of it mixed w/mint doesn't appeal to me either.
