This Christmas cake was for my works morning Christmas tea. I wanted to do a black/white theme, so the inside is four alternating layers: white chocolate mud/ dark chocolate mud with strawberry cream filling between the layers. Chocolate buttercream frosting on outside of cake with alternating dark chocolate/ white chocolate wafer cookies. Top of cake is sprinkled with dark and milk chocolate Flake (Aussie candy) with four dark chocolate dipped strawberries. I drew my inspiration from many cakes on here!
