I used 6" and 8" round cakes for this. It's vanilla cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting. Trees are rice krispie treats with royal icing. Sand bars are crushed graham crackers. Water is homemade piping gel (recipe from this site). I owe my inspiration to cake central - thanks everyone!
