Pink Elephants!!!
This was my first attempt at figure piping. I love the pink elephants for a 21st birthday! I ended up doing another one the same week for a co-worker's daughter! Such fun!

Yes, it was my first attempt! It's all about pressure and building the frosting before pulling it away. My teacher was taught by John McNamara who was a leading expert in the field. He recently passed away, but you can find his books on ebay sometimes. Thank you for the encouragement!
that is one of the cutest cakes I have seen, for two reasons. 1)those elephants are awesome! they are just so cute. 2)you can't beat a cake with elephants passed out on top of it! haha, too funny this is going into my favorites! too bad you didn't do purple elephants, this would have been a fun cake to see in the contest haha! Awesome job

Your cake is wonderful! Do you have any instuctions on how to pipe the elephants? I want to do one for new years and have never done any animal piping. :D
