3-d Alabama groom's cake. 11" round red velvet cake carved down over a pvc armature and platform. Head is rice cereal treats covered with modeling chocolate. Legs and "A" are modeling chocolate as well. Covered with fondant and hand painted.

    His legs are dowels that support a wooden platform that his body and the cake rest on. The head is rice treats with a dowel drilled into the wood plate for support. the ears are were the seems for covering the head ould be and the trunk is wired gum paste. Lots of structure :)
