Here's a cake created for a special birthday celebration. Vanilla chiffon cake layered with raspberry mousse and drenched in a bittersweet chocolate ganache decorated with buttercream flower vines.

Thanks Jomama! The birthday boy didn't get to have any because he spent the whole time talking with the guests...And then there were no leftovers to take home so I guess they liked it...! :)
