Strawberry Chocolate Cake!
I really enjoyed doing this cake. I made one 10" strawberry cake and one 10" chocolate cake and then I sliced them each in half and layered them strawberry, choc, str, choc! I covered it with cream cheese icing and drizzled it with ganache. At first my ganache was too runny so I heated it up to a boil again and just poured it over more chocolate. It worked great! At first I thought it would burn because of the previous chocolate but it didn't! The deco's on top are just melted chocolate that I drizzled!

Thank you so much ladies! :) I am not sure what you mean kirahhh about white being in the middle... do you mean what color the icing is in the middle? The icing is pink and the cakes are choc and strawberry so that is brown and pink. :)
Wow! I was shocked that you only had one comment on this cake and only 1 fav... I love this! The top decoration is AWESOME! I have not attempted ganache yet.
