I'd seen lots of cute penguins and wanted to give them a try, so the opportunity came when I wanted a "Thankyou" cake for a friend. I wanted to put more detail, but only had a few hours and ran out of time. It's a vanilla cake with boysenberry filling, covered in fondant and fondant penguins.
