Crab On Ice
This a sculptured 3-D crab cake, covered with homemade fondant icing and airburshed. The ice is cooked hard candy poured into ice trays. The small fish & crabs are made from white chocolate &handpainted with petal dust. This was made for a groom that owned a seafood/fish house.
