cocobean,thanks for the comments,no worries on the spelling..as you can see I put an extra e in the creamcheese (I'm not very good on the keyboard). Those stems are buttercream & creamcheese frosting..If you look in my pics the one with the pink ribbon has fondant stems. I will do it again with the frosting stems but not so verigated in color.The smaller cake is one 6"x3" and one 6"x2"
