Here is the second cake that I've made tonight. It for a media center assistant at my school. She's been helpful with my students this year. It is a white sour cream cake with strawberry filling. Some of the strawberry filling got into my white buttercream icing, but I think I like the look. I've placed some silk poinsettias to give it a festive mood. Thanks for looking.
