My first madeira cake and I must say that I LOVED IT! I shall repeat it again and again! It was also my first chocolate mmf, and that didn't turn out that well :-( But in the end very happy with the experience It was made for the celebration of both birthday and the conclusion of the Masters Thesis of a friend!
