Gingerbread House

Gingerbread covered with fondant and cereal on the roof. I made this for a very good friend of mine and her husband on their twenty wedding aniversary.

This is gorgeous! I love the color, the roof, and the beautiful wreath! It's so serene and peaceful looking--like a ski lodge for gingerbread men in the woods. I love it!

Thanks everyone for your beautiful comments!!! I made the "sidin" with an "Icing Impression Mat" from CK Products, pressing the mat over the fondant with a rolling pin. I made the wreath with a store bougth cookie that has marmelade in the middle and with tip No.1 and royal icing.
