Made on request for my dad who wanted a Happy Birthday Jesus cake for our family get together. He gave me about 4 days notice and this is what I came up with. The stable is made of chocolate sugar cookie that I just free hand cut out...royal icing on top. Figures are fondant. Its a 10" cake with buttercream icing. The "sand" is ground up Life cereal as I didn't have any graham crackers :) Saying says "For Unto Us A Child Is Born" around the cake.
