Thanks for the kind words! I used 2 9x12 pans and offset them from eachother slightly. Then shaped them slowly, keeping my eye on a real pair of jeans that I had folded up. Covered the whole thing in MMF and with the fondant shaping tool I ran it along the sides to make the dents. I have a side view up somewhere and you can see the sides. Cut and attached fondant accent pieces. Scored cake with xacto knife then mixed gel coloring with a small amount of vodka and sponged it on. Details painted w gel

Yes patch is fondant with design carved with xacto knife and colored over w red.
