The inspiration for this cake came from cakelady48's Christmas Party at Harleys cake. It was soo much fun to make. This is only my second time using fondant or decorating a cake period, but I think it went really well! It is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mint truffle frosting. Thanks for looking!
