This is my second try at cake decorating. It was for my nephew's second birthday party, which had a pool party theme. I got the idea for this cake from the Wilton 2007 Yearbook. It uses a three tier stand. The little swimmers are made from fondant and took FOREVER, but they are really adorable. I know I really need practice icing the cake. Any constructive feedback would be appreciated......I'm a beginner.
