Buttercream icing with pudding centre. Unfortunately on the delivery over to the client's house, the lower 10" tier started "crying" it's pudding centre... I simply fixed it on-site and told the client that it was so full of tasty goodness it couldn't keep it all in!! Everyone enjoyed the giggle.
