This cake was a gift for some dear friends. The cake is a 4 layer 11' x 15" sheet cake. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate chips, with chocolate mousse filling, iced with chocolate decorator's buttercream, then topped with chocolate shavings and a chocolate symbol that the groom chose.
