I made this cake for my daughters 6 years birthday party. She loved it and said "it's ewerything I wished for, though I didn't know I wished for it" over and over again. She also noticed that there was 6 fairies and she turned 6 years right away. Its's a white sponge with blueberry/strawberry mousse and chocolate ganache inside. Covered with sugarpaste and dekorations and details from modelling paste and gum paste. Everything is eatable exept for the wires holding the flying fairies.
