Marble cake with chocolate and buttercream icing. The antlers are fondant with vertical lines scribed into them to give a more real appearance (DH's idea). Fondant nose, eyes and inner ears painted black using food paste, fondant leaves painted brown. The only part which is not edible is the bullet shell. I have to improve on the eyes, one of this deer's eyes is a little high...
