Ebony & Ivory Cake
I loved making this cake! It's 4-layers alternating between vanilla and chocolate. The vanilla layers have vanilla whipped topping and vanilla custard between them and the next layer, and the chocolate layers have chocolate whipped topping and chocolate pudding! Whole cake is iced in vanilla whipped topping with the chocolate whipped topping of course being the accents..and I topped it with a sprinkling of powdered sugar! Yum!

Yep, 3-week old Publix Cake Decorator here :lol:! It's the perfect way to practice for 8 hours a day while my business is growing! My manager loves that I'll attempt the harder cakes since they sell so well for us :wink:
