You are terrific with the flowers :) If you want to get a really smooth finish on your icing..check out the Melvira method (forums) or I just use computer paper once the icing crusts to smooth it ...gets rid of all the spatula marks...without doing another thing, your cake is very pretty and girly!!

The concept is really good. I use a large spackle knife from the hardware store and a turn table. And I practice alot! Keep up the good work.
