Pillow & Tiara Cake
The pillow came out more like a cushion & the tiara was the first one I made. I delivered the 2nd crown on the bottle - WRONG!! The first one was very sturdy & I brought it to work with the good jewel encrusted one on the bottle, in a box. She went to remove it from the bottle, it crumbled. That first one was so strong. I should have removed the other one when it was dried & let it sit. It sat on the bottle for a week. That's a no-no! I forgot who to thank for the pattern here but thank you!!!

I got the pattern here, taped it onto a red wine vinegar bottle, taped wax paper over that & then traced the pattern with Royal Icing - not too stiff. The bottle was handy because I could turn it by grabbing the top. Set it to dry & then remove it from the bottle tearing at the tape on the wax paper.
