Crown Cupcakes
Customer asked for cupcakes with purple icing and crowns. So, that's what she got. BC icing. Crowns made from fondant with gumtex added. Rolled out fondant, used ribbon cutter to get even width, then used large end of an icing tip to "cut out" the tops of the crowns. Ends adhered with vanilla extract. Stood them up to dry. Dragee accents on top. ;-)
