I borrowed this idea from several on this site, thanks for the inspiration! Cake is carrot with cream cheese icing. The igloos are chocolate cake covered in fondant. The igloo entrances are gumpaste and the penguins were sculpted from fondant. The "water" is tinted piping gel. Even though I was really sick when I put it together, this was a fun cake to make.
