I made this for our Sportster's Motorcycle Club's Christmas party. It was caramel cake with caramel filling,buttercream with black chocolate fondant for vest and toque and accessories. I used a 10,8 and 6 inch pans. Thanks CCer's for inspiration! Enjoy!
