Was done for my nieces 'going away' party. She is going to be gone for the holiday season and we wanted to have an early party for her. Purple is her favorite color, and this is what I came up with. Wasn't really happy with the final product, but she loved it and the cake was VERY yummy so all worked out in the end. Cake was homemade chocolate, icing was a homemade chocolate chip cookie buttercream, with pirouette cookies surrounding, tied with purple and white tooling and topped with bulbs and lights.
